Job Summary

The Senior Configuration Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst plays a critical role in evaluating, planning, and testing configuration changes within CenCal Health's core business systems, including the Cognizant QNXT product suite. This position ensures that system configurations meet both business objectives and regulatory standards through close collaboration with internal teams and external vendor partners. Key responsibilities include developing and managing test plan strategies, designing and executing test scenarios, tracking and reporting testing progress, and documenting results. The analyst will also validate system modifications ahead of new process rollouts and maintain a database of identified defects. Additionally, this role involves analyzing and optimizing the testing tool's configuration to ensure effective setup and performance. Success in this position requires deep knowledge of healthcare enterprise systems, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• System Configuration Testing :

Design and manage testing timelines, processes, and QA best practices to support high-quality system configurations.

Collaborate with business units to interpret and analyze requirements for configuration changes.

Lead QA efforts and contribute to configuration-related projects and implementations.

Identify and recommend opportunities for improving system performance and overall efficiency.

Develop training materials and deliver instructional sessions to support end-user understanding of configuration testing processes.

Ensure all configurations comply with applicable regulatory standards and internal policies.

Stay informed on industry trends and advancements in QA and healthcare technology.
