Job Description

Collaborating with the design and development teams to create project plans and time lines. Overseeing all construction activities, including hiring and managing subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors. Ensuring compliance with all local building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Monitoring project budgets and financial performance, making adjustments as needed to maintain profitability. Providing regular progress updates to stakeholders, including senior management and clients. Conducting quality inspections to ensure that work meets my client's standards.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Proven experience as a PM in high-end residential construction with a track record of successful project completions. Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and regulations. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, both written and verbal. A keen eye for detail. Experience with High-End Residential projects.
