Carrier Climate Solutions (Residential) at the Collierville, Tennessee factory is primarily involved in the production and assembly of residential HVAC systems. Carrier's Collierville plant is focused on manufacturing, engineering, and quality assurance for our residential HVAC products.

About this Role

The Associate Director Strategic Materials Management is a site-level leadership role in Collierville, Tennessee, who is responsible for overseeing material planning, strategy, and execution of daily operations. The position is pivotal in ensuring seamless coordination across internal and external supply chain functions, including :

• Internal materials operations
• Supply chain planners
• External suppliers and logistics partners
• Carrier's broader Supply Chain organization
• Site manufacturing teams
