What You'll Do :
- Assist Customers : Take customer calls and provide assistance with their questions and concerns regarding stock, retirement, and group benefits in a fast-paced high-volume environment.

- Collaborate : Work closely with Customer Service Specialists (CSSs) and other team members to ensure seamless customer experience.

High school diploma or equivalent.Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in an office environment involving customer or employee account transactions (e.g., insurance, healthcare, retirement plans, banking / financial or HR support)Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Strong problem-solving, customer focus and conflict resolution skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Preferred Qualifications :
Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field.Bilingual or multilingual abilities.Two years' experience in a high-volume call center environment.Familiarity with benefits-specific regulations and compliance standards.Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret information.Potential Annual Base Pay : $38,168 - $52,728
