Job description

Position Title:

  • Group Insurance Sales Agent - No prior experience Location: Florida - Tampa Bay Overview: Join our dynamic team as a Group Life Insurance Sales Agent and embark on a rewarding career in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels Client Consultation: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' insurance requirements and provide tailored solutions that meet their financial objectives and risk management needs.

Product Education:

  • Stay informed about our group life insurance products and industry trends, effectively communicating the features, benefits, and coverage options to potential clients.

Proposal Development:

  • Prepare and present compelling insurance proposals that address clients' specific needs, highlighting the value proposition of our products and services.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, earning their trust and confidence through exceptional service, ongoing support, and timely follow-ups.

Sales Performance:

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, demonstrating persistence, resilience, and a proactive approach to achieving results.

Compliance:

  • Adhere to all regulatory requirements and company policies governing the sale and promotion of insurance products, ensuring ethical conduct and transparency in all interactions.

Qualifications:
