Salesforce Business Analyst / Administrator

Responsibilities :
- Gathering Requirements : Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to Salesforce implementation or enhancements.
- Solution Design : Design solutions within Salesforce to address business needs, including customization of objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process automation.
- Configuration : Configure Salesforce features such as user interface, security settings, data management, and integration with other systems.
- Data Management : Ensure data integrity within Salesforce by defining data models, establishing data governance practices, and performing data migration or manipulation tasks.
- Process Automation : Develop and maintain automated processes using tools like Process Builder, Workflow Rules, and Flow to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
- User Training and Support : Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce functionality, features, and best practices.
Address user inquiries and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Documentation : Create and maintain documentation including requirements specifications, design documents, configuration guides, and user manuals.
- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and IT to ensure alignment of Salesforce solutions with overall business objectives.
- Continuous Improvement : Stay current with Salesforce updates, best practices, and industry trends. Identify opportunities for system enhancements and optimization to drive continuous improvement.
Skills and Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) and Salesforce Advanced Administrator (ADM 211) are preferred.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst and Administrator, with a strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations.
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including customization of objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, and validation rules.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and familiarity with Lightning Web Components (LWC) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
