Job Description :

As an Events Assistant at Malibu Events, you'll play a crucial role in the planning, coordination, and execution of a wide range of events, from corporate gatherings to social soirées. You'll work closely with our seasoned event planners to ensure every detail is meticulously executed, leaving our clients and attendees with unforgettable experiences.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in the logistical planning and coordination of events, including venue selection, vendor management, and timeline development.
• Provide on-site support during events, overseeing setup, breakdown, and attendee assistance.
• Assist with marketing and promotional efforts for events, including social media campaigns and email newsletters.
• Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to enhance event offerings.
• Handle administrative tasks such as RSVP tracking, budget management, and correspondence with clients and vendors.
