We are seeking a dedicated Superintendent to manage and oversee staff, subcontractors, and suppliers. The ideal candidate will efficiently manage and implement project schedules, ensuring all on-site documentation including drawings, logs, and inspection books are up to date. Responsibilities also include tracking project budgets and providing leadership in areas such as LEAN construction, project site safety, and career development. Maintaining strong relationships with clients, the design team, and subcontractors is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee staff, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Implement and adjust project schedules as necessary.
• Responsible for all on-site documentation, ensuring accuracy and currency.
• Track and manage project budgets.
• Provide leadership in LEAN construction, project site safety, and career development.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, design team, and subcontractors.

This is a Permanent position based out of ANKENY, IA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $115000.00 / yr. Additionally, they offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package. This includes insurance coverage for medical, dental, vision, life, and disability. We also provide generous retirement plans, voluntary benefit plans, parental leave, substantial paid time off, and holiday pay.
