Job Description

Start Date : Mid-September 2025

Accepting Board Certified or Board Eligible candidates who will become Board Certified within 3 years of employment.

Services willinclude Urgent Care, Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Occupational Medicine, Diabetes Care & Education, Sleep Medicine, Orthopedics, Heart Care, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and onsite Lab, X-ray, and Pharmacy.

Practice Setting : Clinic

Reason for Coverage : Expanding to new facility and need additional providers

Full-time schedule : 34 patient contact hours with the option for a 4- or 5-day work week.

Shift hours : Approximately 8 AM to 5 PM

Call schedule : Shared with other eligible Family Medicine providers; approximately 1 : 40. To include weekends as part of the call rotation.

Documentation System / EMR : EPIC, including AI charting capabilities.
