Job descriptionProven success in outside or in-home sales (Roofing, HVAC, Windows, or Solar preferred) Strong closer with the ability to one-call close Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Comfortable using an iPad and CRM tools Highly motivated, goal-driven, and self-managing Willingness to travel locally within your assigned territory Uncapped earning potential — realistic annual income between $115,000–$185,000 100% commission with uncapped bonuses Training pay provided to help you ramp up fast Warm, company-provided leads — zero cold calling required ? Full-time schedule : Monday–Saturday, 9am–5pm Employment Type : Full-Time Application Process : Background check and drug screening required Flexible work location with local travel Monday to Friday Saturdays as needed Are you willing to undergo a background check and drug test? What You’ll Do :
- Travel within your local territory to meet pre-qualified leads (no cold calling!)
- Conduct dynamic in-home sales presentations and product demonstrations (~45 minutes)
- One-call close and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
- Accurately manage leads and follow-ups using an iPad and CRM system
