Regional Sales Manager, IoT Modules

The Regional Sales Manager, IoT Modules, shall be responsible for driving sales and growth within the assigned territory by identifying, qualifying, and closing business opportunities, and ensuring that the region meets or exceeds sales targets. The RSM is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies with accounts and across the region, and for building strong customer relationships. The primary focus of this role is on the modules portfolio with Semtech's IoT Systems and Connectivity business unit. The RSM shall be responsible for all of the IoT modules business within the assigned region, which may be transacted directly with end customers, or indirectly via distribution partners.

Responsibilities :

Sales and Business Development :

• Identify, prospect, qualify, and drive to closure new business opportunities within the assigned region for IoT modules. Meet and exceed sales targets for revenue, new design wins, and new opportunity pipeline
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers up to and including senior levels of the customer organizations and facilitate relationships with key stakeholders within the Semtech organization
• Foster relationships with partner organizations within region such as Semtech channel partner sales teams in order to enable these teams to drive sales of Semtech's module portfolio
