Concrete Project Manager – Nashville, TN

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Project Manager to oversee major structural and self-perform concrete scopes on commercial, mixed-use, industrial, and mid / high-rise projects across the Nashville market. This role is responsible for driving coordination, schedule, budgeting, and field execution for complex concrete packages.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage full project lifecycle for concrete scopes : planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and field coordination.
• Lead project meetings, subcontractor coordination, and communication with owners, engineers, and field teams.
• Review drawings, rebar / shop drawings, and formwork plans to ensure accuracy and constructability.
• Monitor cost tracking, forecasting, change orders, and documentation.
• Support field leadership with sequencing, pour planning, logistics, and production targets.
• Ensure safety, quality, and contractual compliance on all concrete operations.
