CA Legal Search is seeking a full-time Legal Recruiter to join our team.
Established in 2014 as an alternative to corporate agencies that focus on quantity, our agency is candidate focused and quality driven. we've done extremely well, surpassing our annual goals year over year and looking to scale strategically.
Our office is located in the heart of Beverly Hills (Fashion Nova building)
We focus on working with top Associates / Attorneys, Counsels, and Partners / Shareholders as well as Executives in the legal space - and as such, work with some amazing companies. We've focused on being very selective with whom we work with on both sides of the client / candidate scale, which has made for an incredibly successful business model.
Prior experience in the legal recruitment space is preferred but not required. Sales or cold calling experience is also strongly preferred.
Base salaries start between $50k-60k, with commissions easily bringing that to at least $90k-100k range, without any prior experience. Recruiters with at least 1-2 years of experience under his / her belt should expect to make $100k-$150k in their first year.

Daily Duties and Responsibilities, include (but not limited to) : sourcing and recruiting candidates; screening resumes; conducting preps and filtering candidates for open positions
