This is an opportunity to work directly alongside the President of one of the fastest-growing home service companies in the Chicagoland area. You’ll help steer the ship from behind the scenes, elevate high-priority projects, and ensure every day is set up for success
Job Responsibilities
- Provide executive-level support to the President and Leadership Team
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel and logistics
- Prepare agendas, presentations, meeting notes, and follow-ups
- Monitor and organize email inboxes for the President and key leaders
- Coordinate internal and external events, leadership meetings, and town halls
- Serve as a point of contact between leadership and internal / external stakeholders
- Track action items and ensure follow-through on key tasks and deadlines
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Support personal scheduling and travel for the President when needed
- Create a positive, organized, and efficient experience for guests and partners
Pay and Benefits
