Key Responsibilities
Work with multiple departments to provide viable resolutions efficiently
Resolve executive-level customer complaints and act as an advocate for customers
Identify root cause issues and drive change management efforts
Required Qualifications
A bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
5+ years' experience in contact center operational support or a similar role
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings and holidays
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products
