AVO is seeking a strategic, versatile Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. Were seeking someone with a strong visual eye, who excels in turning ideas into compelling creative, and has excellent attention to detail. This role requires a holistic understanding of brand and marketing with the ability to connect creative assets to broader business goals. This designer will work closely with creative and strategy teams to develop a wide range of marketing and brand materials including emails, promos, paid media, and organic social while confidently owning projects from concept to execution. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thinks strategically, collaborates effectively, and consistently delivers thoughtful, high-impact work that drives results.
