• Must be board-certified NP / PA
• Opening to Family / Internal / Geriatric NP / PA candidates
• Open to new and experienced NP / PA's
• Flexible schedules, Monday - Friday
• You will be working with patients in subacute, long-term care, assisted / independent living settings
• You will be seeing ages 18+
• 18+ patients per day
• No night call
• EMR - Ethizo
• Salary Range 100-130K, depending on experience
