Overview

Position : Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Location : 5200 East Cortland Boulevard,  Suite C1, Flagstaff, AZ 86004

Incentives : $10,000 Sign-on Bonus and $350 / month Student Loan Repayment

Schedule :    Full-Time, Monday - Friday

Compensation : Salaried, starting at $75,000 and up, commensurate with experience, PLUS Sign-on bonus and Student Loan Repayment Program
