Analytics and Reporting Engineer

We're hiring an Analytics & Reporting Engineer to develop scalable healthcare analytics solutions in Medicare Advantage programs. This role requires hands-on experience with BigQuery, Looker, SQL, Python, and GCP.

What You'll Do:

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools in Looker/BigQuery.

• Perform RAF calculations and accrual reporting.

• Drive chart chase analytics and channel targeting.

• Translate business needs into actionable analytics solutions.

• Collaborate with Agile teams (Jira/Confluence).

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Analytics, or related field.

• 3+ years in healthcare analytics (Medicare Advantage required).

• Expertise in RAF, accrual reporting, and CMS compliance.

• Strong skills in SQL, Python, BigQuery, Looker.

• Agile team experience; familiarity with HIPAA requirements.
