Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT and Computer Science Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience working with a wide range of technologies and IT systems. You will assist both the IT and development teams in troubleshooting, system maintenance, software development, and network management. Key Responsibilities :

• Assist with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Provide day-to-day support for IT operations and user requests.
• Help maintain and update company software, databases, and systems.
• Collaborate with the development team on coding, debugging, and testing new software applications or tools.
• Support IT infrastructure projects, including installations, upgrades, and configurations.
• Assist in monitoring and maintaining network security.
• Help configure, deploy, and maintain computers and technology equipment.
• Document technical procedures, support requests, and issue resolutions.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress, priorities, and problem-solving approaches.
• Perform data backups, system restores, and other routine maintenance tasks.
