About the Role

Agtonomy's QA team is seeking a Senior System Integration and Test Engineer to make an immediate impact leading the release of the Agtonomy stack on new OEM platforms. This role will be in the driver's seat ensuring high quality, repeatable integrations which unlock agricultural autonomy at global scale.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end integration of Agtonomy's autonomy stack onto new OEM partner platforms, from initial bring-up through production validation.
• Own hardware / software integration plans and make them repeatable across multiple platforms.
• Develop and execute comprehensive system-level test campaigns, including HIL, SIL, and full-vehicle testing with OEM partners.
• Collaborate directly with OEM engineering teams to align requirements, interface specifications, and validation criteria.
• Stand up and maintain test assets (benchtop rigs, harnesses, prototype vehicles) to accelerate integration cycles.
• Analyze field and fleet data from OEM pilot programs, feeding back insights into design and reliability improvements.
• Serve as technical liaison during joint debug sessions, ensuring quick resolution of integration issues.

Compensation and Benefits

$110,000 – $145,000 a year + equity + benefits + unlimited PTO

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $110,000 to $145,000 + equity + benefits + unlimited PTO. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, internal equity, and additional factors, including, but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or specialty training.
