Job descriptionProven experience in inside sales or retail sales environments. Understanding of insurance products and consultative selling techniques Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills. Ability to analyze client needs and recommend suitable insurance products. Effective negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for clients. At least 1 year of sales experience. 1-5 years preferable insurance experience. Ability to work independently.
Property & Casualty Insurance Agent
We are seeking a Property & Casualty Insurance Agent to join a local, established insurance agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while selling insurance products that meet the needs of our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of the insurance market, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to analyze client needs effectively.
What We Bring :
- $32,000-42,000 salary plus commission
- Consistent hours - 8 : 30am-5pm, M-F
- Stability and Work Environment - Agents have stayed with us for 15 plus years on average
- P&C License sponsorship available
