Role Overview :
30% Preparation (seasonal), 40% Review, 30% Admin / Leadership
Manage complex individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns
Oversee audits, reviews, and compilations (nonprofits, HUD, municipalities, education)
Work closely with leadership on internal process improvement, team development, and outreach strategy
Direct involvement with client relationships, but no expectation to bring in business
Who You Are :
CPA, with 10+ years of public accounting experience
Experience with Trust and Estate returns
Comfortable in both Audit and Tax (you won't be stuck in one silo)
Strong desire to mentor, lead, and serveboth inside and outside the firm
Seeking hybrid flexibility in a firm that values balance as much as output
Compensation & Perks :
Salary : $120,000 $150,000 (based on experience)
