Tax Manager
Salary Range : $130,000-$150,000 plus bonus

Key Responsibilities :
Review and prepare complex individual, corporate, partnership, trust, and estate tax returns
Manage tax planning and compliance for a diverse client base
Serve as the primary point of contact for client tax matters and strategic guidance
Supervise and mentor staff; delegate tasks and provide constructive, timely feedback
Conduct technical tax research to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Analyze financial data to identify tax-saving opportunities for clients
Oversee the preparation of quarterly and annual tax projections
Assist with workflow management and recommend process improvements
Support firm partners in strategic planning and client relationship development
Requirements :
CPA certification required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's in Taxation is a plus)
5+ years of public accounting experience, with a primary focus on tax
Solid understanding of federal and state tax regulations for individuals and closely held businesses
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, leadership, and client service skills
Proficiency with CCH Axcess Tax software
