About The Position

Job Title : Sterile Processing Tech (SPT) Team Lead

Profession : Surgical Services

Shift : Night 4x10-Hour

Hours per Shift : 10 hours

Experience :

Minimum 2 years of supervisor experience required.

Level 1 experience required.

License :

Compact or state license required at the time of submission.

Certifications :

HSPA / CRCST certification required.

CHL certification preferred.

Must-Have :

Candidates must have 2 plus years of supervisor experience.

Candidates must have level 1 experience.

Candidates must have HSPA / CRCST certification.

Description :

Position requires 2 plus years of supervisor experience.

Level 1 experience is required.

HSPA / CRCST certification is mandatory, with CHL preferred.

Local travelers within a 75-mile radius are not accepted.

1 reference from a charge nurse or supervisor is required.

Candidates will float within the hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals.

Rehire eligibility will be checked prior to finalizing any offers made.

Candidates must be aware of prior employment history with the facility at the time of submission.

Compliance with sterile processing tech competency exams and skills assessments is necessary.
