Travel Nursing Job Details Location : Flint, MI 48503 (Michigan healthcare jobs) Unit : Coronary Care Unit (CCU) – 6480 Assignment Type : Travel Registered Nurse Start Date : December 9, 2025 End Date : March 10, 2026 Duration : 13 weeks Shift : 3x12-Hour Days (07 : 00 - 19 : 30) Hours per Week : 36 Weekend Requirement : Every other weekend Guaranteed Hours : 36 per week Patient Ratio : 1 : 2 Floating : May float to Medical ICU as needed Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $1800-$1840 Registered Nurse Qualifications Minimum 2 years of recent ICU or CCU RN experience (critical care nursing) Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan Required certifications : ACLS, BLS, NIHSS Experience with critically ill cardiac, vascular, and medical ICU patients preferred Ability to float within scope to similar critical care units as needed Flu vaccine required (medical / religious exemptions accepted) First-time travel nurses welcome ICU RN Responsibilities Deliver high-quality nursing care to adult patients in the Coronary Care Unit (CCU) Monitor and manage patients with STEMI, NSTEMI, sepsis, CHF exacerbation, respiratory failure, and other critical cardiac conditions Operate advanced clinical equipment : Drager ventilators, NxStage CRRT machines, Alaris IV pumps, and Philips monitoring systems Assist with procedures including CVC insertions, arterial lines, vasoactive infusions, IABP, Impella LVAD, and advanced hemodynamic monitoring Administer emergency medications, titrate cardiac and vasoactive drips, and manage ventilated patients Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams : IV teams, rapid response, pharmacy, and interpretation services Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to infection prevention protocols Participate in ongoing education and complete required clinical modules onsite Apply now to join our healthcare team in Flint, Michigan, and take the next step in your travel nursing career!
