Plant Manager – Metal / Plastics Manufacturing

We are seeking a hands-on Plant Manager to lead daily operations in a specialty manufacturing and assembly facility. This role is ideal for a strong Production Supervisor or Operations / Manufacturing Manager ready to step into full plant leadership. Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily plant operations and a production team of ~12 employees.
• Schedule production, monitor workflow, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Implement Lean / 5S initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage staffing, training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee plant data, inventory, and cost control.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer and production goals. Qualifications :
• 5+ years’ leadership experience in metal fabrication, plastics, injection molding, thermoforming, or related manufacturing.
• Knowledge of ISO standards, OSHA regulations, and Lean / 5S practices.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a hands-on leadership style.
