A day in the life :

The AI Solutions Analyst will play a key role in supporting the design, testing, and implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) solutions across the organization. Reporting to the Director of Project Management Office, this individual will assist in identifying opportunities, experimenting with tools, and helping deliver innovative solutions that make employees work smarter and faster.

This is an entry-level, hands-on role designed for a curious and motivated individual who enjoys exploring new technologies, testing approaches, and creatively solving problems even when requirements are not fully defined. The ideal candidate is eager to learn across multiple disciplines, comfortable working with AI coding agents, and excited to contribute to discussions on the best approach to deliver value with AI.

What you'll do as an Exceptional Team Member

AI Solutions Development & Support

• Assist in building, testing, and maintaining AI-powered applications, chatbots, and automation tools.
• Support integration of AI solutions into existing business systems and workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and propose creative AI-driven solutions.
• Interact with AI coding agents to generate, debug, and refine code for prototypes and production-ready solutions.
