Job Description

Manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and timelines. Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and trades to ensure quality standards are met. Enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment on-site. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Resolve any on-site issues or delays promptly and effectively. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with all regulations. Maintain clear communication with project managers and other team members. Ensure efficient use of resources and materials to stay within budget.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Superintendent should have :

• Proven experience in managing construction projects within the Business Services industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations.
• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively on-site.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• A relevant degree or certification in construction management or a related field.
