Job Description

Supervise all on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with project plans and specifications. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of tasks. Monitor site safety and enforce compliance with all safety regulations and procedures. Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control and address any issues promptly. Prepare and maintain daily progress reports and project documentation. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve potential challenges. Manage schedules and resources efficiently to meet project deadlines and budgets. Ensure all work adheres to local building codes and industry standards in Raleigh.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Superintendent should have : proven experience in commercial construction project management or supervision; strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and safety standards; excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively; ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications accurately; proficiency in construction management software and tools; strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail; familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Raleigh.
