Senior EDM Consultant

A company is looking for a Senior EDM Consultant (Workday Product).

Key Responsibilities

Implement and configure the Employee Document Management application for Workday

Lead workstreams and manage workload independently while collaborating with team members

Understand customer requirements and design solutions that align with their needs, while supporting junior team members

Required Qualifications

Strong understanding of Workday products, including HCM, Financials, and Payroll

Experience in a customer-facing consulting environment with a focus on customer needs

Good commercial awareness and understanding of project dynamics

Experience in consulting skills such as presenting and facilitating workshops
