Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain the operating cadence of the company, ensuring timely execution of priorities

Oversee support operations and customer service quality, identifying patterns for product improvement

Manage compliance initiatives and facilitate cross-functional communication between teams

Required Qualifications

3-7+ years in SaaS operations, preferably in a B2B environment

Experience in a company with $1M-$15M+ ARR

Strong project management and execution skills

Familiarity with engineering cycles and product communication

Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
