We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to oversee front-of-house operations at our high-energy, contemporary East Asian restaurant in New York City. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, lead a high-performing team, and uphold the highest operational standards.

About the Role : The Service Manager will drive world-class restaurant operations and maintain best-in-category service standards. Key responsibilities include :
- Drive world-class restaurant operations and maintain best-in-category service standards
- Grow, train, and develop a high-performance FOH team
- Identify sustainable growth opportunities for the business
- Champion team culture and exceptional guest experience
- Open and close the restaurant, manage cash and tip-pool reconciliations, and complete daily reporting
- Delegate FOH opening and closing checklists and daily staff positions
- Ensure staffing levels are accurate and sustainable
- Maintain venue ambience and presentation in line with conceptual vision
- Ensure compliance with all operational and safety standards (DOH, SLA, workplace hazards)
- Manage performance issues and resolve disputes among staff
- Collaborate with leadership team across all operations
- Promote health, safety, and welfare of all employees, and manage occupational injury / illness processes
