Job Summary

Job Summary :

The floating Patient Services Coordinator oversees the daily operations of the patient services department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and administrative support. This role involves supervising staff, resolving patient concerns, coordinating with clinical teams, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. This role will support the following hospitals : Research Centerpoint, Overland Park, Menorah and Lee's Summit.

Key Responsibilities :

Operational Oversight

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the patient services team.

• Ensure smooth patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Monitor patient satisfaction and implement service improvements.

Staff Management

Hire, train, and evaluate patient services staff.

Patient Relations

Address and resolve patient complaints and concerns promptly.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

Ensure adherence to hospital policies and healthcare regulations.

Collaboration

Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to coordinate care.
