Salary : $100,000-$130,000

About the Role : We are seeking an experienced Epicor ERP Specialist to add to the IT department. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Epicor Kinetic ERP System including database management, report writing, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities of the Epicor ERP Specialist :

• Administer and maintain Epicor Kinetic ERP applications and associated SQL Server databases .
• Manage system updates, patches, and version upgrades to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Develop and support custom dashboards, SSRS and Crystal Reports , and Epicor customizations.
• Troubleshoot ERP-related issues in collaboration with internal teams and external consultants.
• Automate and schedule data exports and reports; create scripts for file renaming and movement.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to support Power BI reporting and analytics.
• Perform regular database backups, restorations, and data transfers.
• Translate business requirements into detailed program specifications and workflows.
• Respond to and resolve support requests related to Epicor and Power BI platforms.
• Maintain and enhance business intelligence dashboards , datasets, and reporting tools
