Overview : \n\nThis role is ideal for a high-performing, credit-trained commercial lender who thrives in a relationship-driven environment and is looking to grow their portfolio with the support of a stable, technology-forward bank.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n -Develop and manage relationships with local business owners across a range of industries.\n-Originate and structure commercial loans including C&I, equipment financing, owner-occupied and investment real estate.\n-Conduct preliminary underwriting and assess deal feasibility before submission to credit.\n-Collaborate with portfolio managers to maintain and grow client relationships.\n-Track and manage full relationship lifecycle using Abrigo Sageworks CRM.\n-Maintain a personal P&L dashboard to monitor profitability and performance.\n-Meet annual production goals of $10M–$20M in new loan volume, excluding renewals.\n-Contribute to deposit growth and manage overall relationship profitability.\n-Ensure compliance with bank loan policy and pricing standards.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

\n\t\t\t\t\t

• Minimum 5 years of commercial lending experience with a stable employment history.\n-Proven track record of originating and managing commercial relationships.\n-Strong credit background and ability to perform initial underwriting.\n-Familiarity with Abrigo Sageworks or similar CRM / workflow systems is a plus.\n-Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.\n-Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on long-term client retention.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $160000.00 / yr.
