Founding ASIC Engineer – Software & VLSI Design

We are seeking a Founding Engineer with 1–5 years of experience in front-end VLSI / chip design or software development for chip design. Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience with ASIC design using SystemVerilog and industry-standard synthesis and verification tools, as well as a track record of contributing to open-source EDA or chip efforts, internships or full-time work in chip design, and at least one tapeout—preferably on advanced technology nodes.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop chip architectures and software tools for leading industry customers.
• Utilize front-end EDA tools for RTL coding, simulation, synthesis, and verification.
• Write and ship high-quality code in Python and C++.
• Make key software and product architectural decisions.
• Translate user and customer feedback into product updates and features.
• Collaborate with founders on product roadmap and strategy.
