We're looking for someone with :
- A bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of industry experience (prior client service a plus!)
- Expertise in CRM systems like Tamarac or Microsoft Dynamics (building queries, dashboards, workflows)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
- A problem-solving pro with the ability to manage multiple priorities
