A company is looking for a Paralegal.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct investigations, including interviewing complainants and witnesses, and preparing necessary documentation
Assist in litigation tasks such as drafting affidavits, preparing exhibit lists, and attending trials
Draft legal documents and respond to inquiries regarding the disciplinary process and case management
Required Qualifications
Associate degree in law, criminal justice, court administration, or related field, or paralegal certification
2-3 years of experience in paralegal or technical legal work
Strong writing and analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access
Knowledge of court rules, legal guidelines, and office practices
