Job descriptionMinimum 3+ years of commercial flooring experience required Previous supervisory or foreman experience leading crews on job sites Skilled in multiple flooring types (LVT, LVP, sheet vinyl, carpet tile, etc.) Strong communication and leadership abilities Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Willingness to travel throughout the Midwest (overnight stays as needed) Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) with company match Health insurance Paid travel expenses for non-local projects Opportunities for overtime and advancement Integrity Doing what's right, always. Commercial Flooring Foreman
We're looking for an experienced Commercial Flooring Foreman to lead installation crews within our growing flooring division. This position oversees projects involving LVT, LVP, sheet vinyl, carpet tile, stretch (broadloom) carpet, and other commercial flooring materials. Work occurs throughout the Midwest, with a focus on the greater Indianapolis area.
Pay : $26-$30 (Based on experience)
Hours : Vary by project schedule
Travel : Paid travel expenses for non-local work
Responsibilities :
- Supervise and lead commercial flooring crews on job sites
- Plan, coordinate, and ensure timely completion of installation projects
- Perform and oversee installation of various flooring types (resilient, vinyl, carpet, and more)
- Ensure high standards of craftsmanship, quality control, and site safety
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and crew members
- Manage materials, tools, and jobsite logistics
- Train and mentor newer installers to develop skill and efficiency
- Address and resolve on-site issues quickly and professionally
