Patent Litigation Associate or Staff Attorney (5+ Years)
ArentFox Schiff LLP is seeking a mid‑to‑senior‑level patent litigation associate or staff attorney with at least 5 years of experience to join our San Francisco office. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience across the lifecycle of complex patent disputes, including trials, motion practice, fact and expert discovery (including expert reports), and discovery management. Experience before the PTAB and the ITC is preferred.
Base Pay Range
$160,000.00 / yr - $355,000.00 / yr
Responsibilities
In this role, you will work as part of a collaborative, market‑leading IP litigation team on matters in federal district courts, the ITC and before the PTAB. Responsibilities will include drafting pleadings and dispositive and non‑dispositive motions; preparing and responding to discovery; taking and defending depositions; managing experts; preparing for and participating in hearings and trial; and supporting case strategy and client communications.
