Growth Engineer

A company is looking for a Growth Engineer to join their Business Engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain fullstack systems that enable growth across web and mobile platforms

Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to develop data-driven strategies for user acquisition and retention

Design, implement, and analyze A / B tests to improve conversion and engagement

Required Qualifications

5+ years of total engineering experience, including 3+ years in React and TypeScript

Experience with analytics and experimentation tools such as Amplitude or Mixpanel

Skilled in querying languages such as SQL or BigQuery

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field

Experience designing and running A / B tests and data-driven experiments
