As a Billing Analyst, you'll enhance customer billing experiences, coordinate across teams, resolve billing issues, and optimize processes using NetSuite, Oracle, Excel, and Salesforce.

Compensation : $55-65K

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY :
Billing Operations & Process Ownership
Manage invoicing audit, reconciliation, and payment collection
Resolve complex billing issues and analyze root causes
Serve as point of contact for internal / external stakeholders
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Support, and Finance
System Expertise
Reconcile quotes, contracts, and subscriptions with billing records
Analyze billing data and trends to improve efficiency
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Ensure smooth billing processes across departments
Foster accountability and alignment with company standards
Provide strategic guidance on billing-related issues
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Experience as a Billing Analyst or Revenue Specialist
NetSuite and Salesforce expertise
Strong analytical and Excel skills - including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
Excellent communication abilities
NetSuite and Salesforce experience
Strong attention to detail
