VP Of Sales

The SMB Team is the fastest-growing digital marketing and coaching business for attorneys nationwide and we are looking for a VP of Sales to join our team!

We're looking for a hands-on, growth-obsessed VP of Sales to own all new-revenue generation for our industry-leading law firm marketing, coaching & fractional executive business and eventually for emerging verticals. You'll partner closely with the CEO, CMO & COO to optimize existing inbound channels, architect and launch new demand streams, stand up a best-in-class outbound sales organization, and drive our upgrade / account expansion strategy. You will own the entire front end of the revenue engine, from lead generation to closed-won contracts and upsells.

The salary for this role is $200,000 base + variable comp up to 100% of salary.
