The Opportunity

Marshall Reddick is seeking a dependable and organized Onsite Resident Manager to join our team at an apartment complex that we manage in North Los Angeles, CA. Ideally we are seeking an individual with a full time job looking for part time work. This position will require approximately 4 - 7 hours per week paid at $20 per hour and discounted unit. This person is required to live onsite.

The Onsite Resident Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the apartment complex, ensuring the property is well-maintained and tenants needs are promptly addressed. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in property management with a reputable company.
