We are partnered with them in hiring a talented and experienced Marketing Director to lead their marketing efforts.
The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and implementing both traditional and digital marketing strategies to promote their brand, drive sales and enhance customer engagement.
This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong blend of strategic thinking, creativity and leadership skills.
Marketing Director Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve company objectives
- Manage all aspects of traditional and digital marketing, including but not limited to, tradeshow management, content creation, branding initiatives, sales enablement, email / drip campaigns and social media marketing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business goals
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, promotional materials and other branded assets
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to drive performance and foster a culture of innovation and excellence
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to maintain a competitive edge
Marketing Director Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field. MBA preferred
- 6+ years of experience in marketing roles, with a proven track record of success
- Experience in both traditional and digital marketing, including proficiency in tradeshow management, content creation, branding, sales enablement, email / drip campaigns and social media marketing
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for innovation
- Knowledge of the environmental industry or related fields is a plus
