What you get to do :

You will support workforce planning and scheduling by providing clear, and accurate, analytical interpretation and reporting of labor utilization. You will also :

• Work in a team environment and interact with others in a professional manner while sharing findings and solutions with various levels of leadership.
• Analyze labor & staffing patterns while identifying trends and make recommendations for process improvements.
• Standardize and internally distribute daily labor usage reports.
• Help determine optimal staffing levels for different departments and job roles based on budget constraints and business priorities while making recommendations for reallocating resources as needed.
• Produce schedules and maintain accuracy in accordance with company policy.
• Provide support to operational management teams.
• Provide support and training for Ambassadors as well as labor management applications.
• Serve as the primary scheduling creator and editor for individual departments.
