We aim to bring discovery, inspiration, and joy back to shopping by making TikTok the commerce channel of choice for merchants, creators, and affiliates. With more than 1 billion loyal users globally, TikTok is the ideal platform to deliver a brand new and exciting shopping experience to our users. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. This internship will be project based. Candidates can apply to a maximum of two positions and will be considered for jobs in the order you apply. The application limit is applicable to TikTok and its affiliates' jobs globally. Responsibilities : This internship provides candidates the opportunity to : - Assist in providing end-to-end support for creator merchandizing in terms of data analysis, business strategy and internal communications; - Assist in conducting business analysis for overall team performances, covering from resource management to strategy formation; - Generate live best practices, learnings and insights for sharing.

Qualifications
