Entry Level Customer Service Representative
Industry : Hospital & Healthcare
Employment Type : Contract-to-hire (4 month)
Description :
- Taking inbound calls from patients from the hospital or medical centers attached to the hospital
- Handling operator calls for switchboard, call for emergencies (security, weather, etc.), and taking after hours for doctor groups
- Will be placing outbound calls (general discharge, general observation, and stroke calls)
- Cannot give any advice over the phones when talking to individuals
SHIFT HIRIRNG FOR :
Mon-Fri 10 AM to 6 : 30 PM

Additional Skills & Qualifications :
MUST HAVE :
- At least 1 year of call center background OR retail environment where they were handling a high volume of calls
- Understand they have a set schedule and breaks during the day
- Someone who performs well under pressure
- Someone who can work in a fast paced environment and stressful environment (at times)
NICE TO HAVE :
Previous healthcare experience
