About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to oversee the companys financial operations and support day-to-day administrative functions. The ideal candidate has a strong accounting foundation exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage both financial reporting and office management responsibilities. You will play a key role in maintaining the accuracy integrity and efficiency of our financial systems while ensuring smooth internal operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee full-cycle accounting including accounts payable accounts receivable bank reconciliations journal entries and month-end / year-end closing

Prepare accurate monthly quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports

Manage budgeting forecasting and cash flow analysis to support company-wide planning

Maintain the general ledger and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies

Utilize QuickBooks for financial management reporting and day-to-day accounting operations

Implement and improve internal controls workflows and accounting procedures

Coordinate with external auditors tax consultants and internal teams on financial matters

Review and manage vendor accounts purchase orders invoices and payment schedules

Support payroll-related reporting and assist HR with employee record documentation

Perform office manager duties including facilities coordination vendor communication supply management and organizing company files

Prepare cost analyses special reports and financial insights for leadership

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance (required)

Minimum 10 years of hands-on accounting experience

Proven experience in an Accounting Manager Senior Accountant or similar leadership role

Strong working knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards

Proficiency in QuickBooks (required)

Strong analytical problem-solving and organizational skills

Ability to manage confidential information with discretion

Experience balancing accounting tasks with administrative and office management duties

On-site availability at our Los Angeles facility
